Building upon the haptic quality of citrus peel, I merge stacks of flattened tangelo rind with cord and thread, allowing the pendant-like objects to move freely in the hand with the potential to splay about in a shape-shifting manner. With this work, I exploit the tactile allure of the material to encourage interaction and reanimate the human/animal impulse to play.
